Q: My order was marked delivered but it isn't here!
A: Occasionally, the post office will mark items delivered before they've had a chance to actually make the delivery. When this happens, the order almost always shows up within the next couple days.
If you've waited a couple days and it still hasn't shown up, let me know and we can work out a solution!
Q: Can you customize a sticker for me?
A: I hand design all my stickers, but I do outsource my printing to give you the highest quality. This means I unfortunately can't customize them individually.
Q: Can you customize a peg doll for me?
A: Absolutely! I have several custom peg doll listings in my shop, but as they are all made to order, I am also happy to accommodate special requests for pre-designed peg dolls (e.g. a different skin tone, different hair color, specific outfit, etc.)
Q: Do you do wholesale?
A: Yes! Please reach out to me and I'd be happy to give you custom wholesale pricing depending on the quantity of your order.
